ANSWER: File Types should be JPEG, PDF, WORD, or GOOGLE DOCS; and content must be COMPLETE and "Camera Ready". I will not make changes or additions to your message. This helps avoid misunderstandings and misinterpretations.
How long will it take my message to reach the family?
ANSWER: I cannot give a definite answer because of the limited staff of one. I can only promise to do my best. Under normal conditions you can expect a two day turn-around. If you have not heard from me within that time, please contact me to be certain that technology has not failed.
Why is there both an I-Contact List and a Facebook Group?
ANSWER: Some people do not want to be on Facebook or do not want to join the Family Facebook National Group. Some people do not want to be on the Family Email List. Some choose not to be on either. People have the choice and need to feel comfortable, so they can choose either or both (or neither).
Can you have the Email List from I-Contact?
ANSWER: NO, Federal and International Law, my legally binding agreement with I-Contact, and acceptable business practice prevents me from sharing lists. It would be a violation of the law and a betrayal of the trust placed in me.
What if you REALLY need to reach someone by Email?
ANSWER: If I have their contact information, I can send your request to them, and hopefully they will respond to you. I will not share contact information without approval.
